What you will learn.
Every class is hands-on.
You will cook, not watch.
Depending on your chosen menu, you will learn to make vegan Japanese dashi from scratch, ramen broth built in layers, gyoza filled with freshly prepared vegetables, sushi rice seasoned properly, maki and temaki rolled by hand, or chilled soba plated in the traditional style.
You will also leave with the recipes — so you can make these dishes at home.
Your group. Your kitchen. Your pace.
We only host one group per session.
That means the class moves at your speed, adapts to your skill level, and feels like cooking in someone's home — because it is.
No strangers at the table.
No divided attention. Just us, and you.
