What you will learn
Every class is hands-on.
You will cook, not watch.
Depending on your chosen menu, you will learn to make ramen broth built in layers from scratch, nigiri sushi pressed by hand with fresh seasonal seafood, Wagyu maki sushi rolled with thinly sliced Kuroge Wagyu beef sautéed in oyster soy sauce, temaki assembled at the table, or chilled soba plated in the traditional style.
You will also leave with the recipes
so you can make these dishes at home.
A note on our Wagyu
The Wagyu maki sushi in this class uses Kuroge Wagyu
Japanese Black beef, thinly sliced and sautéed in oyster soy sauce.
The preparation is simple.
The ingredient does the work.
One guest's child, after eating a small piece left on the plate, said it was the best beef they had ever tasted in their life.
We think that is a fair description.
Your group.
Your kitchen.
Your pace.
We only host one group per session.
That means the class moves at your speed, adapts to your skill level, and feels like cooking in someone's home — because it is.
No strangers at the table.
No divided attention.
Just us, and you.
