A 100% plant-based version of our traditional chilled noodles. The rich dipping sauce is crafted from premium Rausu kelp and dried shiitake mushrooms for a deep umami flavor. We use "Ni-hachi" noodles (80% buckwheat, 20% wheat) for the perfect balance of smooth texture and earthy aroma.
Vegan Maki Sushi (Rolled Sushi) with Savory Miso Tofu
Discover a unique and delicious twist on classic rolled sushi. The star ingredient is our homemade "vegan meat-miso" made from firm tofu and Hatcho Miso (a traditional, rich dark miso).
