It has a deep umami flavor without using any animal ingredients.

Learn the folding, seasoning, and frying techniques to create crispy, juicy gyoza filled with local vegetables.

This is one of the most loved parts of the class!

3. Matcha (Premium Green Tea)

Experience the taste of Japan with our traditional, finely milled green tea.

It features a beautiful vibrant green color and a rich, deep, and earthy flavor.

4. Warabi Mochi (Traditional Japanese Jelly Sweet)

A popular traditional, naturally vegan dessert.

It is a chilled, delightfully chewy, jelly-like confection, typically enjoyed with a dusting of sweet roasted soybean flour (Kinako).
