What You Will Make

1. Nigiri Sushi

Learn how to shape sushi rice and top it with fresh ingredients.
Technique-focused & photogenic.


2. Maki Sushi (Rolled Sushi)

You will make beautiful and delicious sushi rolls using ingredients that are easy to find even after returning home.
You'll learn proper rolling technique using a bamboo mat.


3. Temaki (Hand Rolls)

Fun and easy to make — guests love taking photos of their creations.


 Special Feature: Aritsugu Knife Experience

During the class, you can try Kyoto's famous Aritsugu knives while preparing ingredients.
Aritsugu is the most renowned knife brand in Kyoto, but customers cannot test-cut in their store.
